  • Dr. Arthur Langer is recognized as a technology leadership expert and a professor at Northeastern University. He is known for his work in technology management, leadership, and education.   • Blair has 35+ years of cybersecurity sales, marketing and business development expertise. Blair’s cybersecurity and cryptographic career began with Symantec, followed by Chrysalis-ITS (Thales), Titus (Fortra), Black Duck (Synopsys), InfoSec Global (Keyfactor) and Crypto4A. Blair was recruited back to Thales’ Global Technology Alliances team in 2019, tasked with the development and curation of the PKI and Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC) portfolio.  He is an avid presenter, webinar host and global PQC industry contributor, including the founder of Thales’ PQC Palooza events held during the RSA Conference. Blair holds an Hons.BA Co-op from the University of Waterloo and Business Option from Wilfrid Laurier University, Ontario, Canada.

  • With over two decades of cybersecurity leadership in financial services,  Jay brings deep expertise in encryption, risk mitigation, and compliance. As a former leader at JPMorgan Chase, he managed global teams and drove strategic security programs that strengthened resilience and ensured regulatory alignment across the enterprise.

    Throughout Jay’s career,  he led teams responsible for safeguarding critical areas including PCI DSS/PIN compliance, Data Protection, Payment Key Management, Vendor Management, and Sarbanes-Oxley.   Jay is passionate about building security strategies that not only protect data but also enable business growth and trust in an increasingly complex digital landscape.

Jon-Rav Shende

CTO, Data Security, Thales

  • Jon-Rav Shende is a global technology and business leader with over 20 years of expertise in data management, cloud services, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and digital SOC modernization. Beginning his career with Oil & Gas SCADA systems, he has witnessed and contributed to the enterprise technology evolution—from on-premises to cloud, virtualization to hyperscale, and machine learning to agentic AI. 

    Currently serving as CTO for Data and a member of the AI team at Thales, Jon-Rav brings deep experience advising executives on data modernization, AI strategy, cybersecurity engineering, and AI security. He helps shape data security, AI trust architectures, and governance for global enterprises. 

     

    Over the past 15 years, he has led cloud transformation efforts including data center migrations and cloud-native designs across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and private clouds. He pioneered a Cloud Forensics-as-a-Service model referenced by NIST and presented worldwide. Jon-Rav holds a Master’s in IT Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, completed Oxford’s Advanced Computing Programme, and is a Chartered IT Professional and Fellow of the British Computer Society. 

     

    He has held leadership roles at Cognizant, Ernst & Young, Savvis/CenturyLink (Lumen), and Ericsson, managing multinational teams in diverse regions. Jon-Rav has served as CISO and vCTO, advising on security, data governance, and modernization. His recent role was global head of Security Engineering – SOC, IAM Data, and AI at a major engineering firm, contributing to early AI/LLM-powered IAM analytics. He is a recognized expert on AI security and aligns with industry frameworks such as NIST, ISO, GDPR, DORA, and HIPAA, delivering practical security and governance solutions that balance risk and business needs.

Tim Ayling

Global VP & GM Imperva Application Security, Thales

  • Tim Ayling currently serves as the VP EMEA Cyber Security Specialists at Thales.  With over 25 years’ experience in the cybersecurity industry, Tim began his career in System Engineering.  He began his leadership career when he established Entrust Inc. in Australia in 2003 and was made Vice-President Asia Pacific in 2006. Tim has held numerous leadership roles in large cybersecurity vendors, including RSA Security, Imperva, Trend Micro, Kaspersky Labs and now Thales, as well as spending time in the cyber-security practise of KPMG. Tim holds an MSc in Secure E-Commerce and an MBA from the University of Warwick.

Tim Chang

VP EMEA Cyber Security Specialists, Thales

  • Tim Chang is Global Vice President and General Manager of Application Security for the Cyber Security Products business line at Thales. In this role, Tim is responsible for leading the global product team and go to market strategy of the application security portfolio. Tim is a seasoned cyber security professional with a focus on staying at the forefront of the latest technologies and cyber security trends to enable customers and partners to defend against complex threats with effective, efficient and innovative application security solutions.

    Prior to this role, Tim served as the Global Vice President of Sales Engineering at Imperva, where he led a team of experts responsible for driving the revenue growth of Imperva’s industry leading Web Application and API security solutions. Before Imperva, Tim was a team lead at HPE supporting the growth of HPE’s big data technologies and machine learning based information governance solutions. Tim is based in the U.S. and is a graduate of Stanford University.

Todd Moore

Global VP/GM of Data Security Products, Thales

  • Todd Moore is the head of the Data Security Products portfolio at Thales Cyber Security Products, where he drives the strategy for the company’s industry-leading data encryption portfolio. Moore is a respected cybersecurity professional with more than 20 years of experience helping enterprises protect their most sensitive data and applications. He is a growth leader who routinely develops business cases and market analysis for new product investments, demonstrated capability to develop competitive strategies, and build teams from the ground up and negotiate strategic relationships and alliances.

    Previously he was Senior Vice President for Encryption Products at Gemalto prior to its acquisition by Thales. Before that he was Vice President of Encryption products at SafeNet before its acquisition by Gemalto. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Product Management for the Federal Market at SafeNet where he focused on high-speed link encryption, high assurance authentication, cross domain solutions and cybersecurity. Before joining SafeNet, he was a director of product management at Harris Corporation.

     Todd holds a Master’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor’s of Art in Physics & Mathematics from Ithaca College
