Join us for an engaging and insightful event, Quantum Now and Forever: Leadership and the Future of Cybersecurity in an Evolving Universe, where leading experts explore the transformative impact of quantum technologies on data security and leadership in a rapidly evolving digital world.

This event unfolds in three compelling parts:

Part 1 – Demystify Quantum

Understand quantum technologies and their future impact with insights from Dr Michele Mosca, Louise Davey, and Blair Canavan (Thales).

Part 2 – Navigating the Quantum Transition

This session focuses on Professor Brian Cox's speech on quantum mechanics and cosmic phenomena.

Part 3 – Taking Control of the Universe

This is a panel with all speakers discussing leadership and strategies to thrive in an AI- and quantum-driven future.

Whether you are a cybersecurity professional, a business leader, or simply curious about the quantum revolution, this event offers valuable insights and a unique opportunity for live interaction with our distinguished experts.

Lory Thorpe, Quantum Safe Industry Lead/ Sr Quantum Ambassador, IBM
A clear and practical introduction to quantum computing and its implications for cybersecurity. This session cuts through the hype to explain what is changing, what is at risk, and why organisations must begin preparing now.
Professor Brian Cox CBE FRS, Physicist & Musician
A unique perspective connecting quantum science with real-world impact. This session reframes quantum as a present-day challenge, exploring how concepts from physics translate into immediate cybersecurity risk and leadership responsibility.
Robert Burns, Chief Security Officer
From awareness to execution. Learn how to begin building a post-quantum security strategy, including crypto-agility, risk prioritisation, and practical steps organisations can take today.
All speakers
An interactive discussion addressing the key challenges organisations face in preparing for a post-quantum future—what to prioritise, where to start, and how to lead through uncertainty.
